Welcome To

Self-Care Sunday

What started in 2023 as a simple love letter to my community has grown into a weekly ritual—a reminder that you don’t have to do it all to be enough.

It Started With a Letter

I didn’t want to send another marketing email. I wanted to send a love letter. Something soft but strong, personal but universal. In 2023, Self-Care Sunday began as that—a promise to show up with honesty and reflection every week. Over time, it’s become more than a newsletter. It’s become a ritual—a reminder for all of us that self-care is not selfish, and stillness is not weakness.

Every Sunday, before the week gathers speed, a letter arrives with words that steady you, remind you, and return you to yourself.

What Self-Care Sunday Feels Like

Reflections that feel like an exhale

Gentle mindset shifts you can carry into Monday

Honest words for when overthinking takes over

A rhythm that reminds you: you are not behind, you are still becoming

Because We All Need a Pause

We’re told to keep pushing, keep achieving, keep proving. But strength is nothing without stillness. Self-Care Sunday exists for the ambitious overthinker—the one who looks steady on the outside but feels scattered within. This is your pause. Your reminder. Your soft place to land before the week begins again.

You’ll Feel at Home Here If…

You crave inspiration that feels honest, not performative

You want words that don’t just motivate you but move you

You’re learning to trust your timing, your pace, your becoming

Self-Care Sunday began as my way of writing love letters to a community I believed in. Now, it’s yours too. A rhythmic reminder every Sunday, I’ll see you in your inbox.
