At Heart, I’m a Storyteller—And So Are You

This isn’t just my corner of the internet—it’s ours. A place to pause, reflect, and remind yourself that you’re not too late, too scattered, or too much. You’re right on time.

hi, i'M MIA!
I grew up in a small beach town on Long Island, New York—and if you told me then that one day I’d be helping people rewrite their stories, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.
For a long time, I stayed busy chasing deadlines, approval, and versions of life that never really fit. It looked good from the outside, but deep down, I knew I was running from the life I actually wanted. Now, I live differently. Chronic overpacker. Retired people pleaser. Professional detour taker. I believe in second chances, small beginnings, and moving at a pace where you can hear your own heart again. If you’re tired of rushing and ready for something real — slower, softer, and fully yours — you’re in the right place.
This space isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating room to ask better questions. It’s for the ones who look put together but feel scattered inside, who save affirmations but struggle to believe them, who are tired of surviving and ready to start living.

The Mission
You help them slow down, reflect, reset, and step into the version of themselves they’ve been imagining.

A sanctuary for slowing down,
reconnecting, and rediscovering yourself.
What Awaits You Here
Mindset shifts that quiet the noise in your head.
Lifestyle practices that give you back your time and engery
Stories from my own journey—the wins and the messes—that remind you you’re not alone.
Cooking as a metaphor—because sometimes the kitchen is where the deepest lessons live.

Who I Am Beyond Work
Beyond the strategist, I’m a friend who sends voice notes instead of texts, a girlfriend who plans cozy date nights in, a sister who gives way too much advice, and a daughter who still calls home just to talk about dinner.
When I’m not deep in brand strategy or designing something beautiful, you’ll probably find me cooking a new recipe I stumbled across on Pinterest, journaling with a cup of tea, or getting lost in visual storytelling—whether that’s through a good movie or curating mood boards for fun. My favorite kind of day always includes a solo coffee date, a playlist that fits my mood, and a quiet Sunday reset to bring everything back to center.

A FEW FUN FACTS
I believe every good story starts in the kitchen. I’m serious about seasoning—both in food and in life.
Pinterest is my favorite
place to dream.
I’ll always choose honesty over perfection.
